Bio

Summary

Bob Ward has practiced as a tax lawyer for 44 years.  His practice focuses on coordinated tax, business, estate, and asset protection planning for United States domestic, as well as foreign, individuals and companies.  Mr. Ward is a member of the Bars of Maryland, California, and Washington and licensed as a Practitioner of Foreign Law by the Law Society of British Columbia.

Teaching

Allard School of Law, The University of British Columbia (2017 – 2018).  As an adjunct professor of law Mr. Ward taught Topics in Taxation:  United States Taxation.

George Mason University School of Law (1986 - 2015).  As an adjunct professor of law, Mr. Ward trained hundreds of attorneys in advanced business and estate planning techniques.  He developed and taught capstone courses in Business Planning and Estate Planning.  He also teaches Estate and Gift Taxation.

University of Baltimore School of Law (1988).  As an adjunct professor of law Mr. Ward taught Fiduciary Income Tax.

Golden Gate University, Seattle, WA (1981-1982).  As an adjunct professor of law Mr. Ward taught Taxation of Corporations and Shareholders.
